Physical Security Site Lead

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking an experienced Physical Security Site Lead for its Rocket Motor Systems location in McHenry, MS. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of physical security operations across the facility, including guard force management, security assessments, and budget management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in physical security management
• Demonstrated experience managing physical security operations across multiple sites within a specific geographic region
• Proven track record in conducting comprehensive physical security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing actionable mitigation plans
