PLM Development Manager

Anduril Industries is seeking a PLM Development Manager to lead the team developing Teamcenter customizations and integrations. The successful candidate will manage a team of developers, own the technical roadmap, and troubleshoot critical technical issues. They will also communicate technical complexity to business impact and oversee team budget and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years leading or managing technical teams
• Deep hands-on experience with Teamcenter customization
• Exceptional communication skills
• Understanding of how Teamcenter impacts engineering business outcomes
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related technical field
