Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Principal Flight Test Engineer to lead the development and testing of a new Group 5 UAS. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in test engineering, a bachelor's degree, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience as test conductor/director for developmental aircraft, weapons, or missile systems
- A bachelor's degree or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution
- Extensive experience as a test conductor/test director for developmental aircraft
- Test engineering experience working with developmental systems of manned and/or unmanned aircraft
- Strong computer and documentation experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with large aircraft development and working with the Department of Defense (DoD)
- Ability to immediately obtain a U.S. Top Secret-Level security clearance
