Product Support Engineer

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior Product Support Engineer to join its rapidly growing team in Quincy, MA. The successful candidate will own and drive all aspects of sustainment for Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) and collaborate closely with engineering, quality, reliability, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain comprehensive, ground-up sustainment plans for AUVs, UUVs, & USVs
• Partner with customers, operations teams, and engineering teams to define and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies
• Ensure the availability of up-to-date maintenance procedures, tools, and technical manuals to support sustainment operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all sustainment-related matters within the product team
• Collaborate with engineering teams during new product development to integrate best sustainment practices early in the design process
• Create and maintain a service bill of materials (SBOM) to establish a central, up-to-date repository for sustainment artifacts
