Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. The company is looking for a Product Support Engineer to join their Deployment Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in applying mechanical or systems engineering principles to complex hardware systems, experience in product support, sustainment engineering, or systems engineering roles within a high-rigor environment, and a strong understanding of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, principles, and concepts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated detailed and extensive technical expertise in applying mechanical or systems engineering principles to complex hardware systems
- Hands-on proficiency with professional CAD software and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools for managing engineering data, changes, and configurations
- Foundational understanding and practical application of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, principles, and concepts (e.g., maintenance planning, supply support, technical data management, support equipment, training, facilities)
- 5+ years of experience in product support, sustainment engineering, or systems engineering roles within a high-rigor environment (e.g., defense, aerospace, advanced robotics, complex industrial systems)
- Familiarity with military standards, specifications, and regulatory compliance relevant to product support and sustainment activities
- Proven ability to work effectively in dynamic, unstructured environments, adapt to rapidly changing priorities, and quickly learn and master new technologies and complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technical and quantitative data into clear, concise decision statements and actionable recommendations for diverse audiences (engineers, operators, customers)
