As an R&D Engineering Technician, you will collaborate closely with development and test engineers to create and evaluate innovative optical systems for various platforms, including airborne, maritime, and space applications.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience as a technician working on complex electro-mechanical assemblies
- Ability to work through R&D tasks with limited oversight
- Experience with building and troubleshooting cables and wiring harnesses
- Familiar and comfortable with soldering, crimping, assembling cables and connectors
- Basic electrical understanding
- Ability to take ownership of entire rapid prototyping process from start to finish
