Anduril Industries is a defense technology company looking for a Senior Composites Development Tooling Engineer to join their Hardware Platform division. The successful candidate will work with a dynamic team to develop tool designs, work with manufacturing shops, and ensure tooling meets requirements and is commissioned successfully.

Requirements

• Wrangle requirements from teammates and internal customers to inform tool design
• Develop scrappy reliable tool designs under tight timelines to create prototypes
• Work internally and externally with manufacturing shops to procure tools
• Be the responsible engineer for ensuring tooling meets requirements and is commissioned successfully
• Document lessons learned to setup production teams for high rate tooling campaigns
