Senior Director, Global Warehousing & Material Movement

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Director of Global Warehousing & Material Movement to develop and execute a comprehensive global warehousing strategy that aligns with the company's overall supply chain objectives. The role will oversee daily warehousing operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in warehousing and supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of supply chain professionals
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful warehousing strategies on a large scale across multiple sites
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Expertise in warehouse management systems and emerging technologies in the logistics sector
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
