Senior Electrical Test Automation Engineer, Intelligence Systems

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior Electrical Test Automation Engineer for its Intelligence Systems team. The role involves delivering test systems for electronic products, identifying gaps in test coverage, and designing and delivering hardware and software test solutions. The team works on aerial and ground-based systems, including air vehicles like Roadrunner, Ghost, Anvil, and Fury.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineer or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience designing functional test equipment and PCBAs
• Experience in Schematic Capture and PCBA layout
• Working knowledge of scripting language to develop automation (Python, Matlab, PERL, Labview, or SHELL)
• Understanding of peripherals and developing test and validation strategies
• Experience with computer hardware communication bus protocols (USB, I2C, I2S, CSI, Ethernet, SPI, PCIe, HDMI, CAN, etc)
• Understanding of memory hierarchy and developing test and validation strategy
• Understanding of Product Release Cycle from prototype to production and key deliverables of each phase
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to support product development from prototype to production
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
