Senior Electro-Mechanical Test Engineer

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. As a Senior Electro-Mechanical Test Engineer, you will design complex mechanical assemblies for PCBA and product level test systems, and work with rapid fabrication teams or 3rd party suppliers to source material, equipment and product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of hands on mechanical engineering experience, designing for test and/or manufacturing
• Experience with sheet metal design, 3D printing and CNC machining
• Experience with contract manufacturers, in-house fabrication, and prototyping process
• Experience with PCBA test fixturing design
• Familiarity with electronics test equipment such as load cells, strain gauges, multimeters, etc.
• Strong root cause analysis skills
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with PLM (Teamcenter or equivalent)
• Proven track record of past designs integrating electrical components into mechanical assemblies
• Working knowledge and proper application of GD&T
• Experience with MCAD (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA)
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
