Senior Equipment Engineer, Rocker Motor Systems

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior Equipment Safety Engineer to join their Rocket Motor Systems team in McHenry, MS. The successful candidate will lead machine safety efforts and ensure automation equipment is designed, validated, and operated to the highest safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics/Controls, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar
• 3+ years of machine safety experience in a production environment
• Completed one of the following certifications: Functional Safety [TUV Rheinland] for Machinery Engineer, Functional Safety Engineer [TUV SUD], or Certified Machinery Safety Expert (CMSE) [TUV NORD]
• Deep knowledge in selection, integration, and validation of safety hardware
• Familiar with CAD packages including NX, Solidworks, or AutoCAD
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
