Senior Industrial Engineer

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing operations for quality, reliability, speed, and asset utilization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate holistic ownership in solving operational challenges and provide support as needed to ensure products are built and shipped to stringent quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years past experience in a high-rate manufacturing environment
• Factory and/or production line design and set up
• Material Flow Systems - designing how material flow around a facility
• Digital Systems - experience of using Siemens 'Plant Simulation', 'Process Simulation' software
• Prior knowledge or experience with ERP, WMS and MES systems
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles/implementation
• Ability to demonstrate a willingness to take on substantial responsibility across manufacturing, engineering, and operations functions
