Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company looking for a Senior Manager, Tax Provision to lead the tax provision process and ensure compliance with ASC 740. The role involves building and developing processes for insourcing the accounting for income taxes, managing tax provision software implementation, and analyzing financial forecasts to compute quarterly effective tax rate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Master's Degree in Business Taxation preferred
- CPA preferred
- 8+ years of related experience with at least 3 years in a public accounting firm
- Extensive background in ASC 740/FIN 48 required
