Senior PCB Designer, High-Speed Digital

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company that seeks a Senior PCB Designer to create high-reliability, highly manufacturable assemblies and lead the team in establishing internal guidelines for design for manufacturing (DFM) and quality fabrication and assembly outputs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in PCB Layout or Design
• Full understanding of PCB Layout techniques to meet mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and apply best practices appropriate for each design
• Expertise in applying relevant IPC standards, CID, CID+ certification
• Experience using Altium Designer CAD tools
• Experience with developing component libraries and library management
• Proven experience in high-speed digital PCB layout for complex FPGA boards, high-resolution video, or multi-gigabit interfaces (e.g., DDR, PCIe, SerDes).
• Expertise in critical high-speed layout techniques, including controlled impedance routing, differential pairs, length matching, and optimized stackup design.
• Deep understanding of signal and power integrity principles, ensuring robust performance for timing, crosstalk, and EMI/EMC mitigation in high-density designs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
