Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in high-volume, complex electro-mechanical production
• 3+ years in a senior production management role
• Proven expertise with ERP and MES systems
• Deep understanding of NPI, Lean manufacturing, and change management (ECOs)
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
