Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide tactical support and operational oversight for its strategic defense clients, driving the adoption, expansion, and long-term success of Anduril's cutting-edge Rocket Motor Systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science), Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, sales, or business development within the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sector
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
