Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, Aircraft Composites to secure critical components and services for their defense technology products. This proactive role focuses on developing new sourcing partnerships, ensuring quality and cost control, and leading negotiations with suppliers. Requirements
- Develop and execute commodity strategies for composites, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain resilience
- End-to-end responsibility for delivering quality parts, when needed, at the right cost
- Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing process for composites
- Own the business relationship with external Contract Manufacturers
- Performance management and technical guidance for the supply chain
