Senior Technical Program Manager (Active Clearance)

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with active U.S. TS clearance to oversee the development, execution, and delivery of the Battlespace Awareness software for critical programs. The role requires strong technical background in software development, particularly in the domain of optimization and estimation, and experience managing complex projects with multiple sub-teams and many stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management and software development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Extensive project management experience in software development for advanced algorithms
• Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub
• Active U.S. TS clearance and ability to maintain clearance
