Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead development programs across the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including from R&D to delivery. This role involves owning program aspects, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of Anduril's technologies.
Requirements
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (technical background preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing the development of complex technical systems
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams
- Exceptional communication skills
