Senior Technical Recruiter, Air Vehicle Hardware (Contract)

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own and drive the full-cycle hiring strategy for the Air Vehicle Hardware teams. This contract position is focused on building a world-class organization and transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. The role requires an independent, strategic individual to build talent and shape long-term strategies, and will be based in Costa Mesa, CA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in executive search and divisional hiring.
• Proven ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive a data-driven narrative.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment technology.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
