Technical Recruiter, Hardware

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Technical Recruiter to own and drive the full-cycle hiring strategy for our software teams. The role will be hybrid onsite in Costa Mesa, CA and will involve operating autonomously, developing and optimizing recruiting strategies, and collaborating closely with the talent acquisition team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in executive search and divisional hiring.
• Proven ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive a data-driven narrative.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
