Senior Warhead Design Engineer

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior Warhead Design Engineer to design warheads and complex ordnance/munitions systems and transition them from prototype to production. The ideal candidate will have a BS or higher degree in mechanical, aerospace, or another engineering discipline and 2-10 years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, and testing of naval ordnance/munitions systems.

Requirements

• BS or higher degree in mechanical, aerospace, or another engineering discipline
• 2-10 years' work experience as an individual contributing engineer, focused on mechanical design, analysis, and testing of naval ordnance/munitions systems
• Experience creating complex mechanical designs using CAD tools such as NX or SolidWorks
• Test experience including data acquisition, data analysis, and project coordination
• Ability to travel as required for testing (surges up to 25%)
• Experience preparing engineering documentation (i.e. specifications, test procedures, technical reports, drawings) and design for manufacturing
• Passion for defending the United States and her allies
• Be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance
