Solutions Engineer, CorporateOS

Anduril Industries is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join its Business Systems team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions to meet the business requirements of the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business processes into systems at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred)
• Experience as a sole administrator (limited reliance on external resources to execute on projects)
• Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
