Sourcing Engineer

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. They are seeking a Sourcing Engineer to drive the strategic supply network development and cost management of their hardware across product lifecycles, collaborating with suppliers and cross-functionally. This role focuses on accelerating product development through concepts, trade-offs, and joint design, along with managing CAPEX and ensuring component qualifications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development
• Advanced sourcing activities, including stints as commodity/sourcing managers
• Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work
• US Secret security clearance (eligibility)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) or related technical degree
