Sr. Manager Systems Engineering, Autonomous Airpower

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Sr. Manager Systems Engineering for its Autonomous Airpower team. The successful candidate will lead a team of systems engineers, develop Systems Engineering Strategy and Implementation, and manage artifacts for Autonomous Airpower programs.

Requirements

• B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, computer science, systems engineering or similar engineering or technical field
• 8+ years Systems Engineering Experience across the life cycle
• 2+ years managing a team of systems engineers, preferably across multiple programs
• Understanding of aerodynamics and propulsion principles as applied to aircraft and missiles systems
• Basic knowledge of reliability engineering concepts and practices
• Experience with systems testing and evaluation methodologies
• Experience with Systems Engineering, Requirements Elicitation and Management, Integration, and Test Activities on complex systems - DoD Weapon Systems, Space Systems, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills to include presentation of developed artifacts
• Currently possesses an active U.S. Secret security clearance eligible for U.S. Top Secret security clearance
