Sr. Quality Engineer, Calibration

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Metrology and Calibration focused Quality Engineer to join our team in McHenry, Mississippi. The role involves developing and implementing quality control systems and processes, managing calibrated assets, and collaborating with operations and engineering to develop and implement controls and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus in quality, aerospace, or mechanical engineering or similar technical field and/or significant experience in quality engineering, metrology and calibration
• Experience in developing metrology solutions in a production environment
• Experience managing calibrated assets
• Experience developing Measurement Uncertainty Budgets for electrical and mechanical measurement systems
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings
• GD&T knowledge
• Root Cause investigation experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• U.S. Person Status is required as this position needs to access controlled data
• Must be able to obtain a Federal Explosive License through the US BATFE
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
