Staff Robotics Software Engineer, Air Vehicle Autonomy

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming U.S. military capabilities with advanced technology. They are building and selling a family of systems including Fury (a fighter jet) and Barracuda (an air-breathing cruise missile). The Air Dominance & Strike team develops aerial and multi-domain robotic systems, working closely with other teams to solve complex problems. They are seeking software engineers and roboticists for projects like terminal phase autonomy and live surrogate testing.

Requirements

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• BS in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in motion planning, perception, localization, mapping, controls, and related system performance metrics
• Deep understanding of integrating various sensor systems and utilizing various techniques for perception and decision-making
• Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems
