Technical Operations Engineer - SkillBridge

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support their products worldwide. The role involves executing technical operations, conducting field maintenance, providing customer support, and troubleshooting complex issues. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in problem-solving in unstructured environments, ability to train peers or customers, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience of strong problem solving in unstructured environments at the interface of hardware, software, and networking.
• Demonstrated ability to train peers or customers on the operation of a product
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams and external customers; demonstrated ability to collect differing opinions and reconcile them in order to achieve agreement on what ‘right’ looks like
• Proficient in working with hands and tools to assemble, repair, and maintain technical hardware in the field.
• Ability to travel to remote regions of the world for up to two months at a time (up to 75% of the year).
• Ability to relocate as needed
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret/Secret clearance.
• Eligible for DoW SkillBridge Program
