Technical Program Manager, Space Battle Management

Anduril Industries is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Space business line. The role involves leading day-to-day execution of program initiatives and tasks, working with business operations, customers, and growth teams to manage budgets, schedules, and technical objectives. The program requires building and fielding a resilient, software-defined, distributed mesh networking layer and C2 capabilities for critical Space Domain Awareness data.

Requirements

• Experience designing, developing, or leading complex software development programs in support of advanced C2 capabilities in any domain
• Demonstrated experience managing software products through direct end user engagement over a prolonged, iterative development cycle
• B.S. (minimum) in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• 4+ years relevant industry experience
• Experience with the deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems
• Experience with building and leading cross-functional teams
• Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow
