Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for its hardware engineering team. The successful candidate will operate independently, developing and optimizing recruiting strategies to attract top-tier hardware talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or people operations.
• Proven ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive a data-driven narrative.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
