Job Description
ANELLO Photonics is seeking a Sr Manufacturing NPI Engineer to drive new product development through prototype into production at scale. The successful candidate will work closely with R&D and Engineering teams to develop assembly and test processes used during the manufacturing of opto-mechanical components and subassemblies of IMU/INS navigation systems.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related)
- 5-7 years of experience in Manufacturing Product, Process, or NPI Engineering in manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding and experience with 3D CAD (SolidWorks)
- Able to work independently and as a strong team player being detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on
