Job Description
Our client is a dynamic company that specializes in modular wood construction, realizing projects from tiny houses to multi-story office complexes. They are looking for a Construction Manager who can lead construction sites and shape building culture, with a focus on sustainable building and self-responsible work.
Requirements
- Technical education in construction (HTL, FH, TU or comparable)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in wood or modular construction
- Organization talent with developed problem-solving skills
- Project management experience, with the ability to work independently and at high tempo
- Construction site experience, improvisation talent, and a 'thick skin'
- Very good German language skills in writing and speech
