Job Description
We are looking for a team leader for electrical technology to design and build a new central plant control center from scratch, leading a team and developing processes and standards. Opportunity to actively influence and build something sustainable in a leading company in the renewable energy sector.
Requirements
- Development and further development of the plant control center
- Leadership and development of a team of up to 3 employees
- Introduction and use of tools for plant monitoring
- Development of processes and standards
- Supervision and monitoring of energy plants in operation
- Planning and coordination of team deployments
- Ensuring quality and efficiency in operational management
- Support in building structures in the growing service area
