Job Description
Angelicoussis Group is looking for a Business Processes Associate to analyze and enhance business processes, drive efficiency and innovation, and contribute to project management and governance.
Requirements
- Proactive and autonomous with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Team-oriented and collaborative, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Resilient under pressure with strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Greek & English (written and oral) is a firm requirement.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, Maritime Studies, or similar.
- 5+ years of professional experiences in business analysis roles including full-cycle implementations and support projects.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Process Modelling (BPMN 2.0 or equivalent), Project Management (PMP/Prince2) and Process Modelling tools (Signavio or equivalent) will be considered beneficial.
