VOC Superintendent

Maran Shuttle Tankers Norway AS (MST) seeks a skilled VOC Superintendent to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation of VOC reduction systems across multiple vessels and vessel owners operating on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Requirements

• Ensure safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Support, advise, and follow up with vessel owners to optimize the performance of installed VOC reduction systems in accordance with the agreements between VOCIC and partners.
• Supervise service activities, including coordination of service providers.
• Plan, organize, and follow up on yard stays and repair work.
• Conduct onboard inspections and participate in major repairs and yard stays.
• Monitor and follow up on the daily operation of VOC reduction systems across multiple vessels and owners.
• Review cost-effectiveness, quality, accuracy, and compliance with operational standards.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of VOC operational standards and objectives.
• Prepare and follow up on VOC operating budgets.
• Maintain effective collaboration and service delivery toward vessel owners and other stakeholders.
• Support emergency response activities when required.
• Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
