Requirements
- Highly autonomous and able to operate at staff level or equivalent
- Experience in high-stakes, domain-rich systems, preferably in finance, healthcare, or infrastructure
- Strong hands-on coding ability and a track record of architectural decisions
- Deep love of startups and experience working at one or starting one
