LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their home. Job duties include conducting patient care and assessments, administering medication and treatments, and educating family members on patient clinical care.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
• Ability to provide care in a client home setting
