LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes. The job involves conducting on-going patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and coordinating care.

• Active LPN/LVN license
