HR Manager

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
• Comprehensive knowledge of the French Labour Code (Code du Travail)
• Experience managing French Works Councils (CSE) and maintaining labour relations
• Fluency in both English and French
• Highly comfortable working within a fast-paced, distributed global organisation
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to provide sound, evidence-based reasoning for HR recommendations
