Requirements
- Enrolled in a 2 or 4 year college Level Degree in the related field of study (HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize information and identify themes
- Comfortable engaging with employees and leaders in a professional setting
- Interest in career development, learning and employee engagement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
