Research Assistant - Associate Scientist, Pharmacology

Research Assistant - Associate Scientist, Pharmacology job involves supporting animal model and in vivo experiments, cell biology experiments, molecular biology experiments, and tissue sample processing. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or above in biology, biotechnology, or related fields, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience or 1 year of experience with a Master's degree. The job is located in Guangzhou, China.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in biology, biotechnology, biomedicine, pharmacy, basic medicine or related majors
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience or 1 year of relevant work experience with a Master's degree
• Mastering the basic principles of cell biology and molecular biology experiments
• Experience in cell culture, passaging, cryopreservation and gene transfection
• Familiar with conventional molecular biology experiments, such as ELISA, qPCR, and Western Blot
• Experience with laboratory animals (such as mice, cynomolgus monkeys, etc.)
• Knowledge of or exposure to tissue sample handling processes
• Good experimental recording habits and understanding of scientific research compliance and data traceability requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft office software and statistical analysis software
• Good communication, collaboration and learning ability
• English proficiency requirement: Good listening, reading and writing skills in English are desired; excellent spoken English is preferred
