Lead the creation, alignment, and execution of a full-year brand calendar. Develop and safeguard the brand positioning, tone of voice, and core messaging across all channels. Manage and optimize annual brand budgets to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of brand management experience in top FMCG companies (Unilever, P&G, Nestlé, or similar).
- Proven experience in brand strategy development, media planning, and budget management.
- Solid background in social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and community management.
- Experience handling large-scale ATL campaigns (TV, OOH, Digital) and BTL activations.
- Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data and translate into actionable brand strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Team management experience required (at least 1-2 direct reports previously managed).
- Entrepreneurial spirit — comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.
