As a Commercial Manager, you will drive commercial excellence, value, and performance across Central Services. The role involves managing day-to-day commercial activities, providing direction and expertise to ensure the financial implications of contracts are well understood and effectively managed by all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• MRICS qualified
• Evidence of on-going leadership development and relevant personal development
• Experience similar role at a strategic or senior level
• Working across complex matrix teams
• Success at creating an aligned culture focussed on high performance
