Job Description
We are seeking a Process Engineering Team Manager to provide technical leadership, people management and engineering excellence across our Process Engineering Team. The successful candidate will lead process engineering design and assurance across water and water recycling projects from feasibility through to construction and delivery.
Requirements
- Significant experience in process engineering within water or wastewater environments
- Proven technical leadership experience, including design review, assurance and standards development
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing engineers at different career stages
- Strong understanding of safety in design, HAZOP, risk reduction and regulatory compliance
- Ability to manage competing priorities and support delivery across multiple projects
- Strong communication, influencing and collaborative working skills
- Experience working within multi‐disciplinary project teams
- Commitment to sustainability, low‐carbon design and continuous improvement
