Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of building and refurbishment projects across a broad geographical area.
Requirements
- Professional background in building surveying, construction management, or a related discipline (RICS or CIOB membership advantageous)
- NEBOSH Qualification – desirable
- NEC3/4 contract management experience - essential
- Proven experience managing multiple building projects from inception to completion
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across sites
