Senior Health and Safety Advisor

Requirements

• NeBOSH Diploma or equivalent
• Member of IOSH (Tech IOSH/MIOSH or Grad IOSH)
• NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum
• Proven experience in team leadership and management
• Proven experience enforcing and improving safety standards within a construction environment
• Strong practical understanding of CDM Regulations
• Flexible in responding to customer needs and changing workload demands
• Ability to have challenging conversations and maintain positive stakeholder relationships under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
