Job Description
We are recruiting for 2 Water Connections Customer Advisors based in Lincoln to provide a comprehensive and seamless service to our customers who require a connection to Anglian Water's existing water infrastructure.
Requirements
- Ideally experience of using various IT systems
- Experience in a customer focused and administrative role, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise varying workloads
- Experience of providing excellent customer service and have an empathetic nature which comes naturally to you
