Join our team in Lincoln as a Water Connections Customer Advisor to support the Developer Services Connections Manager in providing a comprehensive and seamless service to our customers.
Requirements
- Ideally experience of using various IT systems
- Experience in a customer focused and administrative role, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise varying workloads
- Experience of providing excellent customer service and have an empathetic nature which comes naturally to you
