Job Description
Join our motivated team as a Water Network Technician and play a crucial role in ensuring clean water reaches customers and is safe to consume in the Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, and Bedfordshire areas. You'll undertake planned maintenance, react to emergencies, and deliver high levels of customer service.
Requirements
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
- Experience of working in an engineering industry, ideally providing a front-line service
- A strong technical aptitude
- Ideally experience of water networks, street works, and leakage control
- Professional contact with customers is key, you must be able to explain terminology to the public
- Proven experience of providing great customer service
