Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team at Animal Clinic East. As a rock star technician, you will provide exceptional patient care and superior client service while working in conjunction with veterinarians. You will be empowered to utilize your knowledge and skills to the fullest extent and will be encouraged to continue your education and growth within the profession.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Veterinary Technician with an active state license, or student of an accredited Veterinary Technology program
- Minimum 2 years' professional experience in small animal clinical setting
- Superior technical knowledge and skills
- Proficient in medical math calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, conversions, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
- Proficient time management, ability to solve problems, learn, and handle multiple tasks
